Geoffrey C. Murphy is a seasoned financial and operational executive with more than four decades of leadership experience in public and private companies, as well as deep involvement in nonprofit governance. His professional background spans finance, accounting, corporate administration, turnaround consulting, and international operations.

Most recently, he served as senior vice president of Citrico Holdings, Inc., a privately held global agribusiness company, where he was one of three principal officers. In this role, he was responsible for finance and accounting, international tax structure, human resources, and internal management across operations in six countries on three continents. Earlier in his career, he founded and led Coloney von Soosten + Associates, a boutique consulting firm specializing in startup and turnaround situations.

He also served as executive vice president and chief administrative officer of TLC Beatrice International Holdings, a $3 billion global consumer products company, following its leveraged buyout. Additional senior roles include vice president and treasurer of Advanced Systems, Inc., and vice president–finance and controller at Esmark, Inc., a diversified $7 billion holding company. Murphy began his career with Price Waterhouse & Co., working in the United States and the United Kingdom.

He has extensive nonprofit and civic leadership experience. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and as treasurer of Greater Naples Leadership and has held numerous board and committee leadership roles, including chairman of nonprofit organizations, audit and compensation committee leadership, and finance committee service for educational and faith-based institutions.

He holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration. Murphy resides in Naples and Winnetka IL and is married with four adult children and nine grandchildren.
