Our 2025-2026 Lecture Series offers timely and challenging topics presented by experts in their fields at a time of great international change. We are pleased to be able to share it with non-members who would like to sample our lecture program.
People who are not NCWA members are welcome to attend as guests. Here are the requirements:
- A guest (and his/her guest -- no more than a total of two persons) may attend one free lecture during the season. The goal of this program is that they will be potential new members, rather than visitors who are unable to join NCWA. If a pair of guests are attending together, they must attend the same lecture.
- It is no longer required that a NCWA member must accompany a guest. A member may accompany a guest -- or the guest may attend without a member being present.
- To help us make arrangements, we require guests to be registered in advance.
- For a faster registration, guests may want to review the lecture schedule on the home page of our website and identify their selection before beginning the registration process.
The registration process
- You may register by clicking here or by using your cell phone camera to scan this QR code:
- The form will show the lecture dates, times, topics and speakers for the entire season. You do not have to go back to the home page for this information.
- Search the list of lectures for the specific lecture you would like to attend.
- Click on that one lecture date and time (3:45 or 7:30 pm session).
- Enter your name and email address in the blanks provided. Note: This information is required before your reservation can be completed. If you are bringing a guest, enter their name and email address, also.
- Review your reservation and once all is correct, click Submit. There is no fee.
- A confirmation of the event for which you registered will be immediately emailed to you by JotForm.com. If you don't see it your Inbox, check your Junk folder.
- JotForm may also send you reminders, so check your Inbox and Junk folders as the date approaches.
- Bring a printed copy of your receipt ticket with you and check in at the welcome desk when you come to the lecture. If you have lost your reservation confirmation, they will have your information at the desk but may ask for identification. They need for you to personally confirm that you actually attended the lecture.
