The Naples Council on World Affairs proudly presents the Ninth Biennial National War College Seminar.

Welcome to discussions by expert faculty members from the National War College who will present a daylong seminar on critical subjects of the day relating to various aspects of our national security. Topics to be discussed at this year’s event on Friday, February 21 from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm include:

  • International Cyber Conflict
  • Social Response in Crises
  • Linking Climate Policies to National Security
  • Political Turmoil on the Korean Peninsula
  • Nuclear Weapons in National Security
  • The National Debt’s Effect on American Security
