The 2011 dinner will be held there on Tuesday, April 12th, at the Port Royal Club. There will be a Wine Reception at 6:00 p.m. and a Dinner at 6:45 p.m. The price per person is $70, and includes valet parking.

It is a jacket-and-tie sit-down dinner with a speaker and often a foreign affairs quiz in which tables compete against each other.
