The 36th Anniversary Annual Dinner will be held on Thursday, April 7th, at the Hilton Naples. There will be a Wine Reception at 6:00 p.m. and a Dinner at 7:00 p.m. 

The price per person is $85, which does include valet parking. It is a jacket-and-tie sit-down dinner. 

The guest speaker is Nicholas Wapshott.

In view of space limitations, tickets initially will be limited  to one ticket per individual NCWA membership and two per family membership.  Requests to reserve an entire table of 10 must be accompanied by full payment.  

NCWA members can reserve starting 3-7-17. NCWA Associate members can reserve starting 3-14-17 and, if space is available, then guests of NCWA members may be accommodated starting 3-21-17. Deadline for all reservations/cancellations/refunds is 3-31-17. 

DINNER DESCRIPTIONS:

FIRST COURSE: 

Fresh Rolls and Butter.  

Sliced Tomato, Mozzarella, Basil with Balsamic Vinaigrette  (preset).

HERB-ROASTED FILLET OF SALMON: Tomato & Basil Vinaigrette over Garlic Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Sautéed French Green Beans.

BAROLO BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIBS: Garlic Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Sautéed French Green Beans.

GEMELLI PASTA (vegetarian): Grilled Shitake Mushrooms, Yellow Squash, Zucchini, Roasted Tomatoes, Grilled Eggplant and Spinach. 

DESSERT DESCRIPTION:

RASPBERRY MOUSE: White Chocolate Ganache.
Coffee & tea served with dessert.
