With a B.S.E.E. from Cornell and an M.S.E.E. from Brown U. Bob has held various engineering and management positions. These include Manager of Automation Systems, Strategic Marketing and Engineering Research at Harris Graphics Corp., V.P. Technology and Planning for Transcontinental Printing and currently President of Graphic Transitions in Naples Florida. He along with his wife Linda,  also lead a Great Decisions session.
